How does the free trial work?
7 days free. Card required — cancel from Settings any time before day 7 and you are not charged. Then $19.99 a month or $149 a year, renewing automatically. First charge fully refundable for 30 days after it lands; email support.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly?
Only how you pay. The trial and both plans are the same product. Yearly is $149 once a year, about $12.42 a month: 38% less than twelve months at $19.99. Whichever you pick here, the screen before checkout shows both plans, and you can still change it.
Who holds my card?
Stripe. You pay on Stripe's own checkout page, so your card details never reach PropClamp.
How do I cancel?
In Settings › Billing, Cancel the subscription opens Stripe's billing portal on its cancel page. Cancel before day 7 and nothing is charged. Cancel later and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I take the free trial twice?
No. The 7 free days come once per PropClamp account. An account that has subscribed before is charged when it subscribes again.
What happens to my record if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted when a subscription ends. Subscribe again and your record comes back as you left it. To delete the account and its record, use Delete account in Settings › Profile; the subscription is cancelled first.
