What PropClamp is
PropClamp is a risk workspace for futures traders. It connects to your brokerage account with your permission, reads the state of that account, and helps you plan and record your own trading discipline.
PropClamp does not place, modify, cancel, or route orders, and it cannot be configured to. With separate affirmative authorization, its optional broker auto-liquidation feature can submit the disclosed daily-loss risk setting for all current and future accounts connected to your PropClamp account, as described in the one-time authorization. Turning the feature off and on or adding an account does not require another signature for that same scope; off stops future submissions and does not remove a setting already at the broker. The broker operates any resulting liquidation or trading restriction. The feature requires the separate authorization and risk disclosure shown in Risk settings; a draft is not available for acceptance.
It is not financial advice
Nothing PropClamp shows you is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. It does not predict markets. The figures it shows describe your own account and the rules you told it about.
Every trading decision is yours. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss, and you can lose more than you deposit.
Accuracy, and its limits
PropClamp is built to refuse rather than guess: where it cannot prove a figure, it shows that figure as unknown. It is still software reading a third-party broker, and it can be wrong, out of date, or unavailable — a broker connection can drop, a read can fail, and a firm can change its rules without telling anyone.
You are responsible for your own compliance with your prop firm’s rules. Your firm’s dashboard is the authority on your account, not PropClamp. Do not treat a figure here as permission to take a trade.
Your account with us
You need an account to use PropClamp, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials to yourself and for everything done through your account. Tell us at support@propclamp.com if you believe it has been used without your permission.
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must not use PropClamp for anything unlawful or in a way that interferes with it working for other people.
Broker connection
You connect your own brokerage account through that broker’s authorisation flow, and you can revoke that access at any time from your broker or by disconnecting inside PropClamp. Revoking it stops future account reads and setting submissions once processed. A request already in flight may complete, and a setting already accepted by the broker may remain active after disconnection, cancellation or deletion. Check remaining settings with the broker. The record of days already recorded remains in your account here.
Your relationship with your broker and your prop firm is yours. PropClamp is not a party to it and does not act for you in it.
Payment
PropClamp costs $19.99 per month or $149 per year, billed in advance. 7 days free. Card required — cancel from Settings any time before day 7 and you are not charged. The card is collected when you start the trial, the first charge lands on day 7, and cancelling before then prevents it.
The first charge is refundable in full for 30 days after it lands. One email to support, no form and no questions.
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not charge for a period you have cancelled before it starts. If the price changes, existing subscribers keep the rate they signed up at for as long as their subscription runs without interruption.
Ending it
You can stop using PropClamp and close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that is being used unlawfully, or that is being used in a way that damages the service for others, and we will tell you why.
If PropClamp itself shuts down, we will give you notice and a way to take your record with you.
Liability
PropClamp is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, for a prop firm’s decision about your account, or for indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes, and getting in touch
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change takes effect. Continuing to use PropClamp after that means you accept the new terms.
Questions about any of this: support@propclamp.com.
PropClamp is a risk workspace, not a broker, an adviser, or a prop firm. PropClamp reads your accounts, and writes one setting when you turn the broker stop on. It never places, changes or cancels an order. Every trading decision is yours. Broker stop: Opening at launch
